Process

A phone call to Life Care Solutions initiates the process. Given the urgency of some situations, a care manager is available to talk with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A complimentary initial consultation is completed with the potential client and/or responsible party. Individual needs and concerns are identified and the care manager is able to summarize the services to be provided, make recommendations, and outline costs.

Once a service agreement is completed, the initial assessment and services may be initiated immediately.
