professionals whose educational background stems from a variety of
disciplines, such as nursing, social work, and case management. Care
managers have extensive training and experience in assessing
clients, developing and monitoring the effectiveness of care plans,
as well as accessing and coordinating community situations with numerous
professionals.

Assistants have professional
experience working with the elderly and disabled. They work closely
under the supervision of the care manager in administering the
day-to-day aspects of the care plan.

Companions provide support services
for the client which include, but are not limited to:

Companions work closely with care
