Kristen began working at Life Care Solutions in January 2010, and purchased the company in 2022. Kristen is a Nationally Certified Guardian who enjoys advocating for clients and working as part of your loved one's team.
Stephanie Goddard, NCG
Care Manager
Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Guardian who studied Psychology at Canisius University in New York. As an advocate for children and adults with disabilities, she worked within the special needs community of western New York since 2007. After moving to Colorado in 2019, she transitioned to the Health and Wellness industry and began her career in Care Management at Life Care Solutions in 2022.

Administrative Assistant
Leah studied Early Childhood Education at Chippewa Valley Technical College in Wisconsin. She brings years of diverse professional experience to her work, combining a strong background in customer service, administration, and patient care. After relocating to Colorado, she joined the team at Life Care Solutions in 2026.
